By purchasing one of VIXON SILVER products you agree to the terms and conditions on this site,
and agree to the use of any cookies used by the publisher of VIXON SILVER.

2. PERSONALISATION

Personalised, Bespoke and made to order pieces can not be returned or exchanged.  

It is important to check your required characters i.e. letters, numbers and symbols, as this can not be rectified afterwards.

Please be aware that stamping and engraving is done by hand, not a machine and cannot be guaranteed to be uniform.

3. WARRANTY

12 Months from date of purchase.

During the warranty period, any item of jewellery returned, will be assessed by ourselves, and if  proves to be defective as a result of improper material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced. 

4. RETURNS

We are happy to offer you an exchange or refund on the return of the item within 28 days of purchase.

Goods must be returned with proof of purchase.

Items must not have been worn, be returned in its original packaging and be in perfect condition.

Please check non-returnable items before returning.

5. CANCEL YOUR ITEM

If you wish to cancel your item, please cancel within 24 hours. A full refund of the item and postage can only be made within the first 24 hours of purchasing. You cannot cancel after this time s your piece may have already been personalised or shipped.  If you wish to cancel please contact me via email, text or via my website.

6. NON RETURNABLE

The following items cannot be returned:

All Earrings for hygiene reasons.

Personalised, bespoke & made to order pieces.

Hand stamped and hand engraved pieces.

 

7. FAULTY ITEMS
Items are classed as faulty if they are received faulty or damaged within 3 months from purchase or they have become faulty after normal wear and care of the item within 6 months from purchase.

Any faulty item must be returned within this time period for assessment. When proved to be faulty,  your item will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Items damaged as a result of not following my care guidelines or items that have general wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Items that have been broken or bent through no fault of the piece, I offer a repair service at a standard charge of £30 plus any additional for replacement parts and labour.

8. POSTAGE FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Postage is non-refundable and a new postage will be charged for any exchanges.

Postage prices may change depending on current national postage prices, weight and postal area.

10. CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY
VIXON SILVER is not responsible for the care, wear and tear of your jewellery. 
We recommend to keep your jewellery clean from perfumes and chemicals.

We recommend removing your pieces of jewellery before any sports activities, swimming and bathing.
Please remain vigilant with your jewellery as these items are not toys and may contain small pieces and chains that may be a danger to babies and small children.

11. ITEMS WITH STONES
We recommend to take care not to knock your jewellery as this may dislodge, scratch or chip the stone.

We recommend removing your piece before any sports, swimming or bathing.

Please keep you piece free from chemicals, perfume and creams.

12. CUFF BANGLE
We recommend not to bend or change the shape of your bangle as this will fracture your bangle and this cannot be repaired.
Check you have ordered the correct size bangle.
Follow the measuring instructions correctly that are on the items specification section.

13. PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us or what information is collected from you whilst you visit or shop on VIXON SILVER website.
Policy may be updated from time to time.

VIXON SILVER website is published by WIX which are fully compliant with global privacy regulations including General Data Protection Regulations, which gives control over personal data ( GDPR ).
WIX may use cookies to provide a better experience for customers, theses cookies may monitor and analyze the performance operation and effectiveness of WIX's platform.
VIXON SILVER does not store financial information, credit or debit card data nor can it be viewed by the owner of VIXON SILVER website or any employees of VIXON SILVER.
Personal information is stored to allow orders to be processed and to maintain any aftercare services.
Unless required by law the owner and publisher of this website will make all effects to keep your personal data secure.

15. POSTAGE
Postage is within the England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland.
All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Option for tracked & Signature. 
VIXON SILVER are not responsible for delays/lost/stolen or damaged orders once dispatched.
All  orders follow their current lead times subject to no unexpected delays.

16. DISCLAIMER
VIXON SILVER jewellery and packaging is NOT A TOY, therefore once purchased and posted, VIXON SILVER and the owner of this site excepts no responsibility for the use of any item there after.
Please act responsibly and keep jewellery away from babies and children as they may contain small parts and chains that may be a choking hazard. 
Please act responsible when throwing away any packaging. Please check and recycle any packaging fit for recycling. VIXON SILVER tries to use as many recycled products as possible to our current position to help with the worlds recycling efforts.

17. HANDMADE DISCLAIMER 
VIXON SILVER jewellery is handmade by Ellie Ashley of VIXON SILVER with the exception of some chains.

 Hand stamped items may not always be perfectly uniform, giving the piece its unique authentic handmade look that we love. All sizes of charms are an approximation within a few millimeter's. If a chain is handmade by Ellie it will specify this in the description. All chains are of the highest quality solid sterling silver.

18. MODIFICATION TO OUR SERVICE AND PRICING
Prices for items are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to, at any time, modify or discontinue any part of our service that we offer, and any part of content thereof without any notice to you.
We accept no liability to you or to any third party for any modifications, price change, suspension or discontinuation of our services.

19. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
Our agents, the owner, director or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity as a result of the inability to use any items that have been ordered and purchased from VIXON SILVER and or from VIXON SILVER website. 
You agree to indemnify the VIXON SILVER, the owner, director or employees immediately and on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of VIXON SILVER terms and conditions.

20. JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Copyright is retained by Ellie Ashley on all creative design work, artwork, sketches, symbols, logo and names, unless specifically released in writing and after all costs have been settled.
